We are now booking Fall Experiences!
We strive to make a visit to Beach Goats both enjoyable and educational. Learning can happen in many ways and we encourage everyone to be as hands on and as interactive as they wish! All forms of groups are welcome and we are happy to build an experience best suited to your needs!
This is an hourly rate for a group of up to 20. It includes time spent with the goats where ever they happen to be (farm or beach). This does not include water play, farmers challenge, a walk or any other specific programming.
All other activities are added to the Starting Rate.
Additional people - $5 each
An expectation for any visit is respect for the animals and the environment.
This is a team building exercise for groups to experience some of the farm chores in a fun and supportive environment.
Groups are divided into teams and work together to complete a list of farm "chores". This can be competitive or non competitive depending on your wishes.
With this add-on your group will be able to enjoy the paddleboards and kayaks in shallow warm water. The goats may, or may not hop on and enjoy this experience with you. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
A walk is something the goats really enjoy during any season. This walk will introduce you to native plants and habitats. During this walk there will be an opportunity to garden at the Veggie Patch and play at the pirate fort. A scavenger hunt print out will be included for groups that would like it. The terrain is fairly smooth but not ideal for people who have difficulty walking distances, or unpredictable footing (mainly goats running around under foot!)

This walk will introduce you to native plants and habitats found along the shore and at low tide. This walk will take you through the mud flats and sandbars so water shoes are a must. we have a variety of water shoes available but it is hit or miss on sizes. The walking is unpredictable and not recommended for people not steady on their feet. We have a hose to rinse off feet and legs but come prepared to be wet.
