PEI is hot and we are starting things up with our Summer Experiences - June 1
Finally Spring has arrived. It seems like it never would but here it is! Along with flowers, warmer weather and new growth it also brings mud but most importantly it brings baby goats!
Ways to enjoy the Beach Goats in the Spring
Spring is a time of new birth and fresh air after a long winter. We would like to welcome you to the farm to enjoy our new births and fresh air on Sunday from 1:00-4:00 when the weather is on our side. Check the calendar to make sure we are open because if we have a particular busy birthing day or the weather isn't ideal we won't open. When you come please remember boots. Spring on the farm = mud. Once the weather becomes nice consistently we will be open every week.
Want to enjoy the goats all by yourself? We don't blame you! See below to see what sort of private visit you can book with the goats! Or combine a couple for a unique experience. Remember to book ahead of time.
This is a very special time of year for an outing. Have baby goats come to you. Enjoy their sweet snuggles and adorable little squeeks. This is something you don't want to miss.
*Because the goats are so young this experience will follow the needs of the goats and could change at the very last minute. If we don't feel they are up to it, or even if their Momma isn't up to it we will have to cancel but will try our very best to book you in again as soon as possible.
choose one or combine a few for a unique experience
What is more fun that cuddling babies? Come out to the farm to snuggle and love all the new babies. Watch them bounce and play and learn new things every minute. Maybe even put your name down to take some home!
This experience may or may not include the other goats, it will also be dependent on the strength and health of the babies and Mommas and could be cancelled at the very last moment. We will try our very best to reschedule you in as soon as everyone is top notch again.
Enjoy a walk to the beach and enjoy the goats as they taste all the new things growing. They love to taste every new thing and delight on finally finding the beach again! This could be a soggy walk to come prepared and don't forget your camera! The babies may or may not be included in the walk. If they are strong enough there is nothing they enjoy more than being like Mommy and running with the herd!
Like the other months, this experience is a great way to have the goats to yourselves and learn all about their favourite things and silly personalities. This will be held at the farm due to needing to keep Momma's close to their babies. If the weather is outstanding the babies may or may not be included in this experience. Be sure to wear your rubber boots! Spring on the farm can be sloppy!
Each visit is for an hour and for a group of up to 5 people - Children under 2 won't be counted as apart of the 5. More than 5? That's ok! Each addition person is an extra $5
